What is an Expression of Interest (EOI)?
An Expression of Interest allows prospective buyers and investors to register their interest in a property development and receive project updates, financing information, and future opportunities.
Is there a fee for submitting an EOI?
No. Submitting an Expression of Interest is completely free.
Does submitting an EOI reserve a property?
No. An EOI indicates interest only and does not constitute a reservation or allocation of any property unit.
USD Financing Program (Diaspora Applicants)
Who qualifies for the USD financing program?
The USD financing program is designed primarily for qualified Nigerians and eligible buyers living abroad who meet the required financial and credit assessment criteria.
What is the minimum deposit required?
Qualified applicants may be eligible to begin with a deposit from as low as 10% of the property purchase price.
What interest rates are available?
Interest rates may start from as low as 10% per annum for qualified applicants, depending on financial profile, deposit amount, creditworthiness, and financing structure.
How long can repayment last?
Qualified applicants may access financing terms of up to 30 years, subject to approval and eligibility requirements.
Can self-employed applicants apply?
Yes. Self-employed individuals and business owners may be considered provided they can demonstrate stable income and financial capacity.
Structured Home Payment Solutions (Naira Applicants)
What is the minimum deposit required?
Naira-denominated Structured Home Payment Solutions typically require a minimum deposit of 20% of the property value.
What interest rates apply?
Rates generally start from 16% per annum and may vary depending on the financing structure and applicant profile.
What is the maximum repayment period?
Qualified applicants may access repayment periods of up to 15 years.
Pre-Qualification & Pre-Approval
What is Pre-Qualification?
Pre-Qualification is an initial assessment that helps determine whether an applicant may qualify for available financing options based on financial information and eligibility criteria.
Is there a Pre-Qualification fee?
Yes. A non-refundable Pre-Qualification fee applies and covers administrative review and related assessment costs.
What is Pre-Approval?
Pre-Approval is a more detailed review process that may require supporting documents, income verification, and financial assessments before financing decisions are made.
Does Pre-Approval guarantee financing?
No. Final approval remains subject to satisfactory review of all required information, documentation, and applicable conditions.
Deposits & Refunds
What deposit is required after approval?
Approved applicants may be required to make a deposit toward their selected property. Deposit requirements will be communicated during the approval process.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Deposits may be refundable subject to the applicable refund policy and project stage at the time of cancellation.
Are there deductions on refunds?
Where applicable, administrative or processing deductions may apply in accordance with the approved refund policy.
Will refunds be made in the same currency?
Yes. Approved refunds are generally processed in the same currency in which the original payment was made.
Property Allocation
How are properties allocated?
Property allocation is generally based on eligibility, completion of required application stages, availability of units, and fulfillment of applicable payment requirements.
Will early applicants receive priority?
