Structured Home Payment Program (SHPP) Terms

These Structured Home Payment Program ("SHPP") Terms govern participation in the home payment solutions offered by Allied Assets Limited. By submitting an application through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. About the SHPP
The Structured Home Payment Program (SHPP) is a structured property acquisition initiative designed to assist qualified applicants in purchasing residential properties through flexible payment arrangements.
SHPP is not a banking product or mortgage service. Where applicable, financing may be facilitated directly by Allied Assets Limited or in partnership with approved financial institutions.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the SHPP is subject to eligibility assessment.
Applicants may be required to provide:
- Valid government-issued identification.
- Proof of address.
- Employment information.
- Income verification.
- Bank statements.
- Credit history or credit score where applicable.
- Any additional documents reasonably requested.
Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee approval.
3. Application Process
The application process generally consists of the following stages:
- Expression of Interest (EOI)
- SHPP Pre-Qualification
- SHPP Pre-Approval
- Deposit Payment
- Property Allocation
- Structured Payment Commencement
- Property Handover (where applicable)
Applicants may only proceed to the next stage after successfully completing the previous stage.
4. Expression of Interest (EOI)
Submitting an Expression of Interest is free of charge and serves only as an indication of interest.
Submission of an EOI does not reserve a property, create any contractual relationship, or guarantee financing approval.
5. Pre-Qualification
Applicants wishing to proceed with SHPP may be required to complete the Pre-Qualification stage and pay the applicable processing fee.
The current processing fee is USD $100 unless otherwise communicated by Allied Assets Limited.
This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative processing, preliminary eligibility review, and credit-related assessments where applicable.
6. Pre-Approval
Applicants who successfully complete the Pre-Qualification stage may proceed to Pre-Approval.
During this stage, Allied Assets Limited may request additional documentation for detailed financial assessment before making an approval decision.
Approval remains subject to satisfactory verification of all submitted information.
7. Deposit Requirements
Applicants receiving approval may be required to pay a deposit before property allocation.
USD Structured Home Payment Solution
- Deposit from as low as 10%.
- Interest rates from as low as 10%.
- Repayment period of up to 30 years for qualified applicants.
- Available primarily to qualified diaspora applicants.
Naira Structured Home Payment Solution
- Minimum deposit of 20%.
- Interest rates from 16%.
- Repayment period of up to 15 years, subject to eligibility.
Applicable terms may vary depending on the applicant's financial profile, credit assessment, repayment capacity, and the specific property selected.
8. Property Allocation
Property allocation is generally determined based on:
- Successful completion of all application stages.
- Availability of units.
- Completion of required payments.
- Priority ranking based on progress through the application process.
Applicants who complete required stages earlier may receive higher allocation priority where applicable.
9. Payment Obligations
Applicants are responsible for making all payments on or before their due dates in accordance with their approved payment schedule.
Failure to maintain scheduled payments may affect continued participation in the program.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Allied Assets Limited Refund Policy.
Generally:
- Pre-Qualification fees are non-refundable.
- Approved deposits may be refundable in accordance with the Refund Policy.
- Administrative deductions may apply where project execution has commenced.
11. Credit Assessment
Where required, Allied Assets Limited may conduct credit assessments directly or through approved third-party service providers.
Applicants consent to such assessments by participating in the SHPP.
12. Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Promptly notify Allied Assets Limited of material changes.
- Submit genuine supporting documents.
- Respond to verification requests within reasonable timeframes.
- Comply with all applicable program requirements.
13. Limitation of Liability
Allied Assets Limited shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to complete transactions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including regulatory changes, acts of government, financial institution decisions, or force majeure events.
14. Amendments
Allied Assets Limited reserves the right to modify these SHPP Terms from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on this website unless otherwise stated.
